Tooling Manufacturing

Over 20 years in manufacturing, we have built a solid reputation in design and manufacture of complex mold and tooling for aluminum alloy die casting, metal stamping and machining.

With a quality design by our talented engineers as the foundation, in our fully equipped in-house mold making shop, our team of highly skilled toolmakers is able to build quality mold with the goal of decreasing costs and improving output.

Die Casting

We have 8 die casting machines (from 180T to 900T). Among of them, 350T and 900T machine are from TOYO Japan.

All die casting machines are fully computer controlled. In order to ensure the stability of the housing material, we use spectrometer to analyze and confirm the chemical composition of each furnace of aluminum liquid and use thermocouples to monitor the temperature of the molten aluminum holding furnace.

The first and last piece of each batch of die-casting are cut for metallography examination to avoid inner defect e.g. pin hole and shrinkage and their dimensions are inspected to ensure conformance. Appearance is 100% checked piece by piece during production to avoid visual defects.

Machining

Our precision machining line is committed to achieving the highest quality requirements. DLF has 10 high-precision, high-efficiency, stable and reliable quality machining centers and 19 Japanese Frank CNC.

 

We strictly control all aspects during machinig, and conduct 100% pneumatic micrometer inspection on each hole for bearing. We measure each of every ten pieces for mounting holes & pin holes, use roughness meter to control the surface roughness of holes for bearing and water seal.

Metal Stamping

Our business started form metal stamping. As a leading producer of metal water pump impellers with over 30 different punch presses equipped to handle capacities from 35 tons to 250 tons, we now manufacture complex, high-quality parts and components for customers both domestically and internationally.

Assembling

Our assembly press is highly computerized and intellectualized with cutting-edge technology e.g. precise locating and automatic alarm etc.

 

100% leakage test is performed both on water pump housing at the start of the process and the assembly at the end.
